One of the best alternatives for extensive tooth loss is the procedure known as All on 4 or All on 6. In cases with multiple missing teeth, a fixed prosthesis is attached to 4 or 6 implants placed in the jaw.
This method restores full chewing function and a natural appearance, offering a fixed, secure alternative to removable dentures.

How much do All-on-4 implants cost in Turkey?
All-on-4 starts at £2,400 and All-on-6 starts at £4,800 for both jaws in total. Zirconia is excluded from these starting prices. Temporary teeth are provided during treatment. Ask for an itemised plan confirming the final restoration and any additional procedures.

What is the difference between All-on-4 and All-on-6?
All-on-4 uses four implants per jaw and All-on-6 uses six. The choice depends on clinical assessment of bone, bite and the intended bridge; more implants are not automatically better.

Will I leave Turkey with teeth after the first visit?
Temporary teeth are provided during treatment. Your dentist confirms the type, fitting time, healing period and return-visit plan for your case.

How long do I need to stay in Antalya?
Around five nights for the first visit and six to seven for the second. We plan the appointment dates around your flights, and our own clinic vehicle handles airport transfers both ways.

Does All-on-4 hurt?
The surgery is done under local anaesthetic, with sedation available. You will not feel the procedure. Swelling and soreness for four to seven days afterwards is normal and is managed with the medication we provide.

What is the bridge made of?
The temporary is acrylic. The permanent bridge is normally zirconia on a titanium framework — strong, stain-resistant and colour-matched to your face rather than to a whitening chart. A monolithic zirconia upgrade is available and is quoted separately.

Can I have All-on-4 if I have no bone left?
Often, yes — the angled placement of All-on-4 exists precisely to use the bone that remains at the front of the jaw. Where that is not enough, grafting or a zygomatic approach may be discussed. It is decided on a CBCT scan, and we will tell you honestly if we do not think we can achieve a good result.

What happens if an implant fails after I return home?
Send us a photograph and, if you can, an X-ray on WhatsApp. The implant itself carries a lifetime guarantee: a failed implant is replaced at no cost for the implant. A zirconia or E-max crown on top is covered for five years against fracture and debonding. Travel and accommodation for a return visit are not included.

All prices are starting prices, for a full mouth (both jaws) on All-on-4 and All-on-6, using the value implant system. A case on a premium implant system costs more than one on the value system, and a jaw that needs grafting or extractions before placement costs more than one that does not. Every plan is itemised in writing before you book a flight, and any proposed changes must be discussed and agreed. Important: the All-on-4 and All-on-6 starting prices cover the implants and temporary teeth; zirconia is excluded and priced separately. A zirconia bridge is a separate item and is priced on its own line — we show it that way rather than folding it in, because a quote that hides the bridge material is how full-arch prices end up looking cheaper than they are.

Airport transfer
We collect you from Antalya Airport in our own clinic vehicle and take you back at the end. No third-party shuttle, no extra charge.
All imaging
Panoramic X-ray and, where the plan needs it, CBCT 3D imaging. Taken in the clinic, included in the treatment price.
Medication
Anaesthetic, antibiotics and any post-operative medication you need during your stay.
Follow-up checks
Every review appointment during your visit, and remote follow-up by WhatsApp once you are home.
Hotel and flights — just ask

Our Written Guarantee
The implant itself carries a lifetime guarantee. Zirconia crowns and bridges, E-max crowns, porcelain veneers and Hollywood smile restorations carry a five-year guarantee against fracture and debonding under normal use; a fractured unit is remade at no cost for the restoration. You receive the guarantee in writing with your treatment documents. Travel and accommodation for a return visit are not included, and if you grind your teeth, wearing the night guard we provide is a condition of the guarantee.

What a Full Arch Actually Asks of You
Before you commit to full-arch treatment
- This is not reversible. Once the remaining teeth are out and implants are placed, there is no going back to your own teeth. If any of them are savable, we will say so — even though a full arch is the larger case for us.
- The temporary bridge is not the finished result. It looks good in photographs and it works, but it is acrylic and it is meant to last months, not years. Chipping a temporary is normal; the permanent zirconia bridge is a different material.
- You will eat soft food for weeks. Not days. Plan around that, especially if the second visit is close to a holiday or an event.
- Cleaning under a fixed bridge takes technique. You cannot floss it like natural teeth. We teach you with a superfloss and interdental brush before you leave, and you will need a hygiene visit twice a year for life.
- Speech changes for a while. Most people adapt within two to three weeks. A small number never quite love the feel of a full-arch bridge, and that is worth knowing before you start.
