Home Type Whitening
Home whitening should be done with whitening products recommended by dentists. It cannot be done with products taken without a doctor's advice. Because teeth whitening gels and tooth whitening pastes taken without the advice of a dentist can cause permanent damage to your teeth and gums. The dentist's approval must be obtained before applying the home teeth whitening method. In the next step, measurements are taken and a transparent plate suitable for the inside of your mouth is prepared. The teeth whitening gel recommended by the dentist is applied to these plaques and the procedure is performed at home.

Office Type Whitening
This method is applied in a single session in a clinical environment. Since it is performed in a clinic and by a dentist, it is the most suitable teeth whitening method in terms of dental health and the result of the bleaching process. The process takes approximately 60 minutes. In addition to paying attention to oral and dental health, the permanence of the teeth whitening process is on average 48 months, depending on the sensitivity to be shown regarding the consumption of foods that are harmful to dental health. However, if the teeth are brushed twice a day, floss is used once a day, regular use of mouthwash and attention to food consumption, this period will be much longer.
