What Is the Best Dental Implant Brand in Turkey?
There is no single best implant brand. The right system depends on your bone, the position of the tooth, your budget and whether the parts are easy to find at home. At Betadent we place five named systems, from £200 to £370 per implant with abutment.
More important than any logo is that the system is named, documented and placed well. A price without a named implant is not a price you can compare, and we do not use unbranded implants. This guide shows what we use, where each system is made, what it costs and how to think about the choice.

For comparison, a single implant with a crown typically costs £2,400 to £2,800 privately in the UK. Even our highest figure in this table is a fraction of that, and it includes your hotel, airport transfers and imaging on plans that need an overnight stay. Add two return flights, because implants always need two trips.
Does Brand Matter?
Does the Implant Brand Change the Result?
Less than the marketing suggests, but more than nothing. Whether an implant lasts depends first on diagnosis, the amount and quality of your bone, the way it is placed, your gum health and how well you look after it. Those factors are the same whichever logo is on the box.
The brand matters in three practical ways: how much published evidence sits behind the system, whether a dentist at home can get the right parts years from now, and whether the design suits your bone. That is why two honest dentists can recommend different systems for the same mouth.
What it does not do is rank neatly by price. On our list, MegaGen AnyRidge costs more than Straumann Neodent, and neither figure tells you which is right for you.

What Actually Separates One System From Another
Published Evidence
Longer-established systems have more years of follow-up behind them. Ask what evidence exists for the exact model you are offered, not just the brand.
Parts at Home
The crown on an implant will need replacing one day. The dentist doing that needs the right components, so it is worth asking how easy they are to find where you live.
Design for Your Bone
Shape, thread and connection affect how firmly an implant holds on the day it is placed. MegaGen’s AnyRidge design, for example, gives good primary stability in softer bone.
Traceability
A genuine implant comes with a label identifying the product. Yours should end up in your records, not in a bin.
Price
Lower cost usually reflects the brand, not a lower standard of care. It should still be a named system with a track record.
Guarantee
The implant itself carries our lifetime guarantee, in writing. A zirconia or E-max crown on top is covered for five years against fracture and debonding under normal use.

A Single Tooth in Healthy Bone
Where the bone is healthy and the case is straightforward, a value system is a sound choice and keeps the cost down.
Softer Bone
A design with good primary stability matters more here. This is one case where the higher price on our list can have a clinical reason behind it.
A Full Mouth

Six Questions to Ask About Any Implant Quote
Which Brand and Model, Exactly?
“German implants” or “premium implants” is not an answer. Ask for the manufacturer and the model in writing.
Why This System for Me?
A good answer mentions your bone and the position of the tooth. A poor one mentions only the price.
Does the Price Include the Abutment and Crown?
Some implant prices cover the implant alone. Ours include the abutment and a temporary crown; the permanent crown is a separate line.
Will I Get an Implant Passport?
You should leave with a record of the system, size and position of every implant. We give you one.
Can a Dentist at Home Look After It?

Implant Brand Claims to Be Careful With
Worth checking before you accept a quote
- “Straumann” and “Neodent” are not the same product. Neodent belongs to the Straumann Group but is its own brand, made in Brazil. Check which one your quote actually names.
- A country is not a brand. “Swiss”, “German” or “Korean” tells you nothing until you have the manufacturer and the model.
- An impossibly low price needs explaining. If a figure looks too low even by Turkish standards, ask which implant it buys. That question separates clinics quickly.
- Expensive does not mean right for you. A premium implant placed in the wrong position or poorly cared for will still fail.
- Smoking and health matter more than the logo. Read dental implants if you smoke or have diabetes, and why dental implants fail.

Judge a system on its documentation and track record, not its country. Mode and Nucleoss are both made in Turkey, and Nucleoss’s T6 system has US FDA 510(k) clearance. Ask for the model name and what evidence sits behind it, as you would with any brand.

Is Neodent the same as Straumann?
No. Neodent is a separate brand made in Curitiba, Brazil. It has been fully owned by the Swiss Straumann Group since 2015, but it is not the same product as a Straumann-branded implant.

Can a UK dentist work on an implant placed in Turkey?
Yes, provided they know the brand and system and can get the parts. That is why you should leave with an implant passport, your X-rays and a written summary of the work.
