Impacted Tooth Extraction

Impacted tooth extraction is generally the process of removing wisdom teeth from subcutaneously through surgical intervention, while tooth extraction is the process of removing teeth that are visibly damaged and cannot be treated. After tooth extraction, the stitches are removed approximately one week to 10 days later. If the impacted tooth is not extracted, the tooth that cannot be removed begins to abscess over time and swell, causing deformities and pain by putting pressure on other teeth.
