All-on-4 and All-on-6 figures are for a full mouth (both jaws) and are starting prices. Other prices are per unit unless stated, in pounds at today’s exchange rate, and quoted from — the starting figure for the value implant system. Each implant system is priced separately, and a case that needs grafting costs more than one that does not. You are given the exact total in writing, itemised, before you book a flight. Important: the All-on-4 and All-on-6 starting prices cover the implants and temporary teeth; zirconia is excluded and priced separately. A zirconia bridge is a separate item and is priced on its own line — we show it that way rather than folding it in, because a quote that hides the bridge material is how full-arch prices end up looking cheaper than they are.

A group name alone does not identify an implant model. When discussing options, ask which implant, abutment and final restoration are proposed, what is included and which written warranty conditions apply. Keep the implant identification details with your dental records.
Planning
Why the Scan Comes Before the Price
An implant is a piece of engineering placed into living bone. Whether it will work depends on how much bone you have, how dense it is, and how close it sits to the sinus above or the nerve canal below. None of that is visible in a photograph of your teeth, and none of it can be judged from a message.
That is why every plan starts with imaging. A panoramic X-ray shows the overall picture — which teeth are missing, where the roots and nerve sit, whether there is infection. Where the case is more demanding, a CBCT scan gives a three-dimensional view, and the implant position is planned digitally on that scan before anything is placed.
If you send us a recent panoramic X-ray from your own dentist, we can give you a realistic assessment before you travel. If the scan shows you need grafting, you will hear that from us at the planning stage rather than in the chair in Antalya.

Two Visits, and What Happens in Each
Implants cannot honestly be done in one trip. The bone has to grow onto the implant surface before it can carry a crown, and that takes months, not days. Any clinic promising a permanent implant crown in a single week is either fitting a temporary or cutting a corner. Our guide to how long implants take sets out each day.

We collect you from Antalya Airport in our own clinic vehicle and take you back at the end. No third-party shuttle, no extra charge.

Lifetime on the Implant, in Writing
Our Written Guarantee
The implant itself carries a lifetime guarantee. Zirconia crowns and bridges, E-max crowns, porcelain veneers and Hollywood smile restorations carry a five-year guarantee against fracture and debonding under normal use; a fractured unit is remade at no cost for the restoration. You receive the guarantee in writing with your treatment documents. Travel and accommodation for a return visit are not included, and if you grind your teeth, wearing the night guard we provide is a condition of the guarantee.

The Parts Most Clinics Leave Out
You are making a medical decision in a country you may never have visited. You deserve the awkward information as well as the reassuring kind.
Before you decide
- Implants fail sometimes. Published failure rates sit at roughly 2–5% over ten years, in the best conditions. Smoking, uncontrolled diabetes and untreated gum disease push that higher. Anyone quoting you a 100% success rate is selling, not informing.
- You will need two trips. Budget for two sets of flights when you compare our price against a UK quote. It still works out lower, but compare honestly.
- Bone grafting is common, and it adds time. If a tooth has been missing for years, the bone has shrunk. Grafting may add three to six months before the implant can be placed.
- Aftercare at home is your responsibility. We follow up remotely, but if something goes wrong at 2am in Manchester you will be seeing a UK dentist. Ask us for your implant passport — the system, size and batch — so any dentist can work on it.
- An implant is not a tooth that never needs attention. It needs cleaning, hygiene visits and, if you grind, a night guard. Peri-implantitis is gum disease around an implant, and it is the main reason implants are lost late.

How much does a dental implant cost in Turkey compared with the UK?
A single implant starts at £200 at our clinic in Antalya — that covers the implant, the abutment and a temporary crown. We place five systems, from £200 for a Mode implant to £370 for MegaGen AnyRidge, and the table above prices each one separately rather than hiding them behind a single “from” figure. The permanent zirconia crown on the implant is £175, so a finished single tooth is from £375. The same treatment in the UK runs between £2,400 and £2,800 privately — Bupa Dental Care publishes from £2,400 for the implant, abutment and crown together. Even once you add two return flights and accommodation, the difference on a single implant is substantial, and it grows with the number of implants.

How long does implant treatment take from start to finish?
Placement itself takes 30–60 minutes for a single implant. The full course takes three to five months, because the implant needs to fuse with the jawbone before it can carry a permanent crown. That means two visits to Antalya: 3–4 nights for placement, and 4–5 nights for the final restoration.

Is it painful?
Placement is done under local anaesthetic, so you do not feel the procedure. Afterwards you can expect soreness and some swelling for two to four days, managed with ordinary painkillers. Most patients describe it as easier than a difficult extraction.

Can I have an implant if I have been told I do not have enough bone?
Often, yes. Bone grafting or a sinus lift can build a foundation where one is missing. This is decided on a CBCT scan, not by eye, and it adds both cost and healing time. If you send us a recent panoramic X-ray we can give you a realistic answer before you travel.

What happens if the implant fails after I go home?

What should I do if my implant tooth feels loose?
Avoid chewing on it and do not wait. Most often it is the crown, or the small screw that holds it, that has loosened, and a dentist can usually tighten or re-cement it. If the implant itself moves, it needs an X-ray and an assessment promptly. Send us a photo and, if you have one, a recent X-ray on WhatsApp. If you are in Antalya we will see you at the clinic; if you are at home, a local dentist can check it, so keep your implant brand and system details to hand.
