What we guarantee, in writing
You receive this in your treatment plan before you travel — not as a verbal promise at the chairside.
Why the difference
Why Treatment Costs Less Here — and Why That Is Not Suspicious
This is a fair question and it deserves a straight answer rather than a slogan.
Roughly seventy per cent of what a UK private practice charges is not the ceramic or the titanium — it is premises, staff salaries, insurance and regulatory overhead priced in pounds. In Antalya those same costs are paid in lira. The implant we place is manufactured in Switzerland or South Korea and costs the same wholesale here as it does in Kent; the hour of clinical time around it does not.
The second factor is volume. A dedicated implant and prosthetic clinic that treats international patients places far more implants in a year than a general practice does, and the laboratory sits in the same building rather than posting work across a county. That removes both cost and waiting time.
What lower cost does not mean is a lower standard of material. We do not use unbranded implants, and we tell every patient exactly which system was placed in their jaw. If a price looks impossibly low even by Turkish standards, ask which implant brand it buys — that question separates the clinics quickly.
What to compare when you are quoted
- Ask what the implant brand is. A price without a named system is not a price you can compare.
- Ask whether the figure is per arch or for a full mouth. This is where the biggest misunderstandings happen — our All-on-4 and All-on-6 starting prices are for a full mouth, both jaws, and many quotes you will see elsewhere are for one jaw only.
- Ask what happens if something fails. A guarantee that is not in writing before you fly is not a guarantee.
- Add two sets of flights for implant work. Implants genuinely need two trips. Compare honestly and the saving still holds.
- Ask who treats you. Not the coordinator who answers the messages — the dentist, and whether the same one follows your case throughout.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Are these prices fixed or will they change when I arrive?
The written plan you receive before travelling is the price you pay. The only thing that changes it is a clinical finding we could not see on the imaging you sent — and in that case we tell you before any work starts, not afterwards. Nothing is added at the chair.
-
Why do you quote from a price rather than a fixed one?
Because the honest answer depends on your mouth. A single implant costs more if the site needs grafting; a crown costs more in E-max than in zirconia. The starting figures above are real starting figures, and your itemised plan turns them into one total.
-
Do you take a deposit?
A small deposit secures your appointment dates once you have accepted the written plan. The balance is settled at the clinic. We will always confirm the payment methods accepted at the time of booking.
-
Is the consultation really free?
Yes, both online and in the clinic. Send a recent panoramic X-ray and clear photographs on WhatsApp and a dentist will review them and send back a written plan. There is no charge and no obligation.
-
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes. The figure on your plan is the total payable — there is no tax added afterwards.
-
How do the prices compare with the UK?
A single implant with a crown is roughly £2,000–£2,500 privately in the UK against £300 here. Ten E-max veneers are typically £8,000–£12,000 against £3,500. Even with two sets of flights and a hotel, implant treatment usually works out at a fraction of the UK figure.
-
Can I pay in dollars or euros?
The pound figure is the one we hold. Dollar and euro equivalents are shown as a guide at today's rate and will move with the exchange rate between your quote and your visit.
-
What is not included in the price?
Flights and accommodation are arranged separately from your treatment — but just ask us and we will help you plan them. We can point you to hotels close to the clinic that our patients use, and advise on the easiest routes into Antalya. Airport transfers in our own clinic vehicle, all imaging, medication and follow-up checks are included in the price.
