Where the UK and US figures come from
- Single implant, UK — from £2,400. Bupa Dental Care, published price for a single implant, abutment and screw-retained porcelain crown. bupa.co.uk. Upper figure £2,800 from TKC Dental’s published London price for a Straumann implant with crown.
- Single implant, US — $3,100–$5,800. American Dental Association Health Policy Institute fee survey, for implant, abutment, crown and associated procedures, as reported by Forbes Health. forbes.com/health.
- Crowns and veneers, UK — £800–£1,200. Bupa Dental Care lists a ceramic crown from £1,087; TKC Dental lists a lab-made porcelain crown and a porcelain veneer at £1,200.
- Crowns and veneers, US — $1,100–$2,500. Guardian Life’s published costs without insurance: porcelain crown $1,399, laboratory composite veneer $1,373. guardianlife.com. Porcelain veneers sit at the upper end of the range.
- Full-arch, UK — £16,000–£28,000 for both arches. £8,000–£14,000 per arch outside London and £12,000–£18,000 in London (Dentist Cost UK, 2026); TKC Dental publishes full-arch restoration from £15,000 per arch.

- Our implant price does not include the permanent crown; the published UK and US implant prices do. That is why the calculator adds a crown by default — comparing our £300 implant against a UK figure that includes a crown would not be an honest comparison.
- Checked September 2026. Third-party prices move. If you find one of these figures is out of date, tell us and we will correct it — we would rather be right than flattering.
Reading the result
How to Compare These Numbers Honestly
A calculator that only ever flatters the clinic that built it is worth nothing. Here is what the figures do and do not account for.
What the comparison leaves out
- Flights and accommodation are in none of the three columns. Budget roughly £150–£400 per person for return flights to Antalya depending on season and departure airport, plus your hotel. We refer you to partner hotels near the clinic at agreed rates; under the current Turkish health tourism rules we cannot book them for you.
- Implant treatment needs two trips, not one. Placement and then the permanent restoration three to six months later. Count two sets of flights when you compare — the saving still holds comfortably, but a one-trip comparison is not an honest one.
- The UK and US ranges are wide because those markets are wide. A London practice and a practice in County Durham are not the same price. We have used published figures from both ends rather than picking the highest number we could find.
- Our figures start from our standard implant and ceramic options. Premium systems — a specific Straumann line, for instance — cost more and are itemised separately on your written plan.
- A calculator cannot see your X-ray. If a site needs a bone graft or a tooth needs removing first, that changes the total. It appears on your written quote before you book a flight, never at the chair.

Airport transfer
We collect you from Antalya Airport in our own clinic vehicle and take you back at the end. No third-party shuttle, no extra charge.
All imaging
Panoramic X-ray and, where the plan needs it, CBCT 3D imaging. Taken in the clinic, included in the treatment price.
Medication
Anaesthetic, antibiotics and any post-operative medication you need during your stay.
Follow-up checks
Every review appointment during your visit, and remote follow-up by WhatsApp once you are home.
Hotel — arranged separately
Health tourism rules in Türkiye changed, and clinics can no longer book accommodation for patients. We refer you to partner hotels near the clinic that hold agreed rates for our patients, and you book directly with them.
Flights
Not included. We plan your appointment dates around the flights that suit you, rather than the other way round.
Why the gap
Why the Same Treatment Costs a Fraction Here
This is the question every patient asks, and it deserves an answer about economics rather than a slogan about “quality care at affordable prices”.
Most of what a UK or US private practice charges is not the titanium or the ceramic. It is premises, salaries, insurance and regulatory overhead, all priced in pounds or dollars. In Antalya those same costs are paid in lira. The implant placed in your jaw is manufactured in Switzerland or South Korea and costs a clinic here much what it costs a clinic in Kent; the hour of clinical time around it does not.
The second factor is volume and proximity. A clinic that treats international patients places far more implants in a year than a general practice does, and our prosthetics laboratory turns work around in days rather than posting it across a county. That removes cost and waiting time at the same time.
What a lower price does not mean is a cheaper implant. We work with Straumann Group and MegaGen systems and we tell every patient exactly which fixture went into their jaw, with the batch number. If a quote anywhere looks impossibly low even by Turkish standards, ask which implant brand it buys. That single question separates the clinics quickly.

Is this calculator a quote?
No. It is a starting-price estimate built from our published price list. A quote follows a panoramic X-ray and photographs, comes to you in writing and itemised, and is the figure you actually pay. Send your X-ray on WhatsApp and you will have one within a day, free and with no obligation.

Where do the UK and US prices come from?
Named, checkable sources, all linked on this page: Bupa Dental Care’s published implant price, TKC Dental’s published London price list, the American Dental Association Health Policy Institute fee survey as reported by Forbes Health, and Guardian Life’s published costs without insurance. We have not invented a number or picked the most expensive clinic we could find.

Why is your All-on-4 shown twice, with and without zirconia?
Because the honest comparison depends on which one you mean. Our £2,400 covers eight implants, abutments and a fixed bridge across both arches; the zirconia bridge is £1,800 more. UK and US full-arch prices are quoted for a finished restoration, so comparing them against our figure without the bridge would flatter us unfairly. Choose the zirconia option for a like-for-like comparison.

Do the figures include flights?
No — not in our column and not in the UK or US columns either. Return flights to Antalya typically run £150–£400 per person depending on season and departure airport. Implant treatment needs two trips, so count two sets when you compare.

Are these prices per tooth or for the whole mouth?
Implants, crowns and veneers are per tooth, and the calculator multiplies by the number you choose. The full-mouth option covers both arches together. The Hollywood Smile option is priced by the number of units that show when you smile — eight and ten are upper only; sixteen and twenty cover both arches.

What if my case needs a bone graft or extractions first?
Then the total goes up, and you will see that on your written plan before you book a flight. A bone graft is from £150 per site and a surgical extraction from £250. We would rather tell you at the quoting stage than at the chair.

Can I pay in dollars or euros?
The pound figure is the one we hold. Dollar and euro equivalents are a guide at the current rate and will move between your quote and your visit. We take cash and all major credit and debit cards at the clinic; no deposit is required to book.

How accurate is the UK comparison for my area?
Prices vary widely across the UK, which is why we show a range rather than a single number. If your own dentist has quoted you something outside it, send us the quote — we will tell you honestly whether it looks high, low or about right for your area, whether or not you become a patient.
