“Full mouth” is not one treatment. It means replacing all the teeth in both jaws with teeth fixed on implants, and there are several ways of doing that. The method decides how many implants you need, how much bone they need and how the price is built. This page sets out the options, what each one costs and what a full mouth package should include.
The figures below are starting prices from our published price list. Your own plan comes after a dentist has seen your X-ray, and it is itemised in writing before you book a flight.

Bone loss does not automatically rule out a fixed full mouth. A bone graft or sinus lift can rebuild a ridge, and in the upper jaw zygomatic implants may be discussed when the jaw itself cannot hold a standard implant. These are decided on a CBCT scan. The £2,400 figure covers the implants and temporary teeth for both jaws. The temporary is acrylic and is meant to last months, not years. The £5,975 package adds 28 permanent zirconia units on MegaGen ST implants, with your hotel and airport transfers included.
We show it that way on purpose. A quote that does not name the final bridge material is how full-arch prices end up looking cheaper than they are. When you compare clinics, compare the price with the permanent teeth included.
These are priced per implant and per unit, so the total depends entirely on your plan. As a piece of arithmetic only: sixteen Mode implants at £200 and twenty-four zirconia units on implants at £175 come to £7,400. Your dentist decides how many implants your mouth needs, and that number is written in your plan.

UK figures are the private-practice range quoted on our price list; the both-jaws figure is that range doubled. Comparison figures and their sources are listed on the cost calculator.
The materials are not where the difference comes from. Most of what a UK private practice charges is premises, staff and overheads priced in pounds, and in Antalya those costs are paid in lira. Full mouth quotes are hard to compare because they often do not describe the same thing.
This is where the biggest misunderstandings happen. A price that looks similar is often for one jaw only.
Ask whether the permanent bridge is in the price, or only the temporary one.
Acrylic, zirconia on a titanium framework and monolithic zirconia are different products at different prices.
A price without a named system is not a price you can compare.
Ask whether they are included, and what happens if the scan shows you need them.
Full-arch work cannot be finished in one week. Ask for both visits and the number of nights in writing.
A guarantee that is not in writing before you fly is not a guarantee. Ask what it says about travel.

The implants need time to fuse with the bone, so a full mouth is always two trips. Your written plan gives the exact dates and nights.
First visit · about 5 nights
Examination and CBCT scan, then any extractions and implant placement under local anaesthetic or sedation. Temporary teeth are provided during treatment; your dentist confirms their type and fitting time.
Between visits · 4–6 months
The implants fuse with the jawbone. You eat a soft diet at first and stay in contact with us on WhatsApp throughout.
Second visit · 6–7 nights
Digital scan, bite registration, shade selection and a try-in, then the permanent bridge is fitted and adjusted.

For the whole mouth. Our All-on-4 and All-on-6 starting prices cover both jaws. Many quotes you will see elsewhere are for one jaw only, so check this first when you compare clinics.
Your hotel for the nights in your plan, airport transfers both ways, all imaging, medication during your stay and follow-up checks. You also receive your X-rays, the implant passport and the guarantee in writing. Flights are booked by you.

Temporary teeth are provided during treatment. Your dentist confirms their type and fitting time for your case, because immediate loading is not guaranteed for every jaw.
On price, usually yes. UK private All-on-4 typically costs £8,000 to £14,000 per arch, against £5,975 for both jaws with 28 zirconia units here, and the saving normally survives two sets of flights. The bigger question is the clinic, so ask who treats you, which implant system is used and what the guarantee covers.
Send us a photograph and, if you can, an X-ray on WhatsApp. The implant carries a lifetime guarantee, so a failed implant is replaced at no cost for the implant. Zirconia bridges carry a five-year guarantee against fracture and debonding under normal use. Travel and accommodation for a return visit are not included.
