What We Guarantee
The implant itself carries a lifetime guarantee. Zirconia crowns and bridges, E-max crowns, porcelain veneers and Hollywood smile restorations carry a five-year guarantee against fracture and debonding under normal use. You receive both in writing with your treatment documents.
Treatment abroad raises a fair question: what happens if something goes wrong after you have flown home? This page answers it plainly, including what the guarantee does not include.

The five-year guarantee covers fracture and debonding under normal use. A unit that has debonded, meaning it has come loose without breaking, can often be re-cemented quickly by a local dentist.

You start from home, with your phone. Nothing needs booking until you know what is covered.

Send a photograph, and an X-ray if you have one, on WhatsApp, and tell us when the problem started.

A dentist reviews what you send and tells you what the guarantee covers before you book anything.
Agree the next step
A unit that has only come loose can often be re-cemented by a local dentist. If a restoration has to be remade or an implant replaced, we plan the visit with you.
Plan your trip
Travel and accommodation for a return visit are not included, so we fit the appointment around dates that suit you.
Conditions
The conditions are short, and it is better to know them now than to discover them later.
- Normal use. The five-year guarantee covers fracture and debonding under normal use.
- A night guard if you grind. If you grind your teeth, wearing the night guard we provide is a condition of the guarantee.
- Travel is yours. Travel and accommodation for a return visit are not included.
- Keep your documents. Keep your treatment documents, including the implant system details, with your dental records.

These records matter even if you never need the guarantee: a dentist who sees you later can tell exactly what was done and, for implants, order matching parts.
Why We Can Put It in Writing
A guarantee is only as good as the treatment behind it. We plan from X-rays rather than photos, use named implant systems whose parts remain available, and provide a night guard where grinding would put restorations at risk.
